Do you offer flat-rate projects?
Yes — I offer flat-rate pricing for clearly scoped projects. This option includes unlimited revisions to ensure we get everything just right. It’s perfect for clients who prefer predictable pricing and a defined deliverable. Let’s chat about your goals and I’ll provide a custom quote.
How flexible are the packages?
Extremely. You can scale up or down month to month based on your product needs. I also offer one-time project rates if you’re not ready for a retainer.
What happens if I don’t use all the hours in a month?
Unused hours can get "banked" over to the following month for up to 60 days. I’ll always recommend the best plan based on your actual usage so you’re never overpaying.
How do billing and payments work?
Billing is handled at the start of each month. I provide invoices with a clear breakdown of hours and work delivered. Payment is typically via wire transfer or Upwork (for clients preferring that platform).
How do we communicate and collaborate?
I’m available via Slack, Zoom, and email. I work async or embedded with your team — whatever fits best. All design work is delivered through Figma, with dev-ready handoff included.
